My 148 now resembles the vision that got me hooked all those years ago is it really that long ago ?. Roll on 2012 ! Comment: i just love this web site its got all the info i was looking for and considering that i do own the only cobra mk 11 transceiver in existence that i know of and the web site owners know of ,they said this was a very very rare radio i own ,this gave me such a buzz , you should of seen the smile i got any how, i did some searching found this site and contacted them sent the pics in to them and got it confirmed by them selves ,it was what they said it was and it must be worth a a pretty penny or two

Comment: im goin to get a 2950dx do you do a mod which quietens the reciver in ssb but still pulls in weak signals?an dose the radio come 24 32 standard and why would unlocking the clarifier be a good idea and do you do it many thanks ,jonah.
